Geoffrey Lokke is a Ph.D. candidate in theatre and performance at Columbia University. His writing has appeared in TDR: The Drama Review, PAJ: A Journal of Performance and Art, and Shakespeare Bulletin. He is currently at work on a monograph on poetics and early documentary film, as well as critical editions of W. H. Auden and Christopher Isherwood’s plays. He lives in the Bronx.
